Smallest clients stay free

Clients with up to 10 employees can stay on the Free plan, so you can move your smallest clients across at no cost to them.

No cash commission on the CA track. Chartered accountants in practice are restricted by ICAI’s Code of Ethics from accepting commission for recommending products, so the CA track has no cash commission. The benefit goes to your firm and your clients instead.

How it works

  1. Apply by email (below). Tell us who you are and which partnership fits.
  2. Get set up. We reply within two working days with your partner code, referral link and, for CA partners, multi-company access.
  3. Introduce clients. Share your link, or add clients yourself if you manage their payroll.
  4. Get paid (referral and reseller partners): commission is paid within 30 days of the client’s payment reaching us. CA partners’ clients get their discount at signup.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a fee to become a partner?

No. Joining is free for all three partnership types.

When is commission paid?

For referral and reseller partners, within 30 days of the client’s payment reaching us. Referral commission is paid once the referred company becomes a paying customer. The CA track has no commission: CA partners’ clients get 20% off their first year instead.

Do I earn anything for clients on the Free plan?

Commission and discounts apply to paid plans. If a client on the Free plan later grows past 10 employees and moves to a paid plan, they apply from then on.

I’m a practising CA. Can I take the referral commission instead?

We don’t offer commission to chartered accountants in practice, because ICAI’s Code of Ethics restricts it. The CA track gives your firm free software and your clients a discount instead. If you’re unsure what applies to you, check with ICAI’s ethical standards.

How is commission taxed?

Commission is paid against your invoice. We need your PAN (and GSTIN if you’re registered), and TDS is deducted as required by law.

Can I manage my clients’ payroll myself?

Yes. CA partners get one login to run payroll for all their client companies.
