  • How can I login to HivePayroll?
    Use you dedicated URL to login in HivePayroll. The URL looks like “YOURORGANIZATIONNAME.hivepayroll.in/” or “https://YOURORGANIZATIONNAME.hivepayroll.in/
  • Can I get a dedicated URL for my organization?
    Yes, once you are subscribed to HivePayroll services and have completed the “create organization” step, the system will generate a dedicated URL for your organization. Your URL will look like “YOURORGANIZATIONNAME.hivepayroll.in/” or “https://YOURORGANIZATIONNAME.hivepayroll.in/”
  • How can I subscribe to HivePayroll?
    It is very simple to subscribe to HivePayroll to manage your payroll services at India’s one of the best payroll software. To subscribe, follow below mentioned steps: Step 1: Go to https://www.hivepayroll.co.in/payroll-packages-price-india.html Step 2: Click on Subscribe Button This will take you to Create Organization Page
  • How can I register/create my organization in HivePayroll?
    Register / create organization is a onetime setup. Go to HivePayroll website and select the product you want to subscribe. Once you have pressed “Subscribe” button, the system will take you to Create Organization Page automatically. Fill the Create Organization form. Press Sign Up button and system will complete the creation / registration process. You can see following progress of registration, while system is generation various configurations and screens in the background.
  • How can I update my profile in HivePayroll?
    Follow the following path to update your profile in HivePayroll. Click on the drop-down arrow at  to reach to the Profile . Click on the Profile link from the dropdown above. Update or complete your details here. Once completed, press Submit button.
  • Can I add/update individual employee to my payroll?
    Yes, you can add/update individual employee to the payroll by using quick employee setup from following dropdown. Click on “Staff” button.   Staff link will bring you to the list of Staff  added from creation of your URL. This list contains two users by default:
    1. The admin person from your organization, who has registered the organization with HivePayroll
    2. The support user from HivePayroll to support your organization’s journey with the HivePayroll
    To add new staff member, click Create New  button or to edit existing staff details, click on the Edit link. This will open a new window Create Staff . Complete the details and press Submit button from the bottom of the screen .
  • Can I add or change logo to my HivePayroll page?
    Yes, HivePayroll provides you the functionality to customize your payroll solution and make it look like your organization’s web page. To add a logo or to change a logo to your HivePayroll page, you have following options available in HivePayroll.
    1. Follow the path Master Data Setting -> Organization Settings -> Edit Organization
    2. Click on the logo on top right of the page 3. Once you are on Edit Organization page, you can add or change logo on your payroll URL, reports, pay slips etc. Press Select Logo button   from Edit Organization page to upload your logo. Once updated, press Submit button  to save details. Once saved, the logo will appear on your HivePayroll solution, payslips and the payroll reports you print or publish.
  • How can I setup a dedicated email and name for all notifications?
    In HivePayroll, you can setup a dedicated email address to send out all notifications. Also, you can assign a name of an officer to appear on the email notification sent out from your HivePayroll solution. Follow the path Master Configuration -> Email Configuration to complete setup for admin email to be used for timesheets etc. Complete details and press Test Connection button to test the connection. Once tested and you are happy for the outcome, press Save button to complete the setup.
  • Can I assign customized sequence numbers or number range for the employees?
    Yes, you can define your own number range for the employees setup. Follow the path Master Configuration -> Sequence Number to open following the settings. Click on New to add a new number range or Edit to change the existing number range. This brings you to following page:
    1. Type has two options, Employee, available to create number range for
    2. Prefix: If you need alphanumeric number range, you can use Prefix section
    3. Next Available Number: If you want to start employee numbers to start from a specific number, maintain the number in Next Available Number  Section Once you start using HivePayroll to process your organization’s payroll, the next available number will show in this section
    4. Minimum Characters Allowed: You can define the minimum number of characters for the number range in this section
  • Can I create multiple pay cycles for my payroll?
    Yes, you can create as many pay cycles as you want. To create new pay cycle, follow the path Master Configuration -> Payroll Configuration. Add name for the new pay cycle and complete remaining details to setup the new pay cycle.
    1. Name: This represents the Pay Cycle. This can used to multiple pay cycles for the payroll
    2. Period: Select the first month for start of payroll from this dropdown section
    3. Year: Select the first year for start of your organization’s payroll with HivePayroll
    4. Month Start Date: This is required to mark the first month start date for payroll
    5. Amount Rounding Off: This has four options available for the selection of one option from radio buttons. This is used to configure the fraction amount in payroll processing and to rounding off / rounding up / rounding down the amounts for payroll processing
    6. Tax Calculation Mode: This configuration is required to define the base for calculation of TDS for the payroll
    7. Days in Payroll Run: This is required to calculate the day for processing of next pay run
