You can configure amount rounding off in the HivePayroll. There are four options available for rounding off. You can select one option by using the radio buttons. This is used to configure the fraction amount in payroll processing and to rounding off / rounding up / rounding down the amounts for payroll processing. To open the configuration, follow the path Master Configuration -> Payroll Configuration -> Amount Rounding Off. The available options are:
- Nearest Half or One (e.g. 1.57 = 1.50, 1.85 = 2.00, 1.26 = 1.50, 1.15 = 1.00)
- Nearest One (e.g. 1.57 = 2.00, 1.85 = 2.00, 1.26 = 1.00, 1.15 = 1.00)
- Round Up (e.g. 1.57 = 2.00, 1.85 = 2.00, 1.26 = 2.00, 1.15 = 2.00)
- Round Down (e.g. 1.57 = 1.00, 1.85 = 1.00, 1.26 = 1.00, 1.15 = 1.00)
