To assign holidays group to the holiday calendar, follow the path Holiday Configuration -> Holiday Calendar. This will take you to the following screen.

If you want to delete a holiday, press “Delete” button. This will hide the holiday in the default layout of holiday list. To show this in the list, press button “Show / Hide Past Holidays”.

To edit and existing holiday, press “Edit” button in the edit column. To create a new holiday, press “New” button. This will take you to the following screen.

Items for the holiday are explained below:

Type: Select “regular” or “optional” holiday configuration from the drop down. If optional has been selected, employee can decide if he/she needs to consume the holiday.

Name: Give a name to the holiday here.

Date: Select a date for this holiday

Groups: Select the group you want this holiday to assign to. If you want to assign this holiday to all or multiple groups, press Ctrl + Click on the group.

Press “Update” to save changes in existing holiday or to save a new holiday.
