You can create a designation for employees for reporting purposes. To configure a designation, click on the Designations link from left hand side menu.

This will take you to the following screen. You can edit or delete existing designations and create new designations here.

Press “Create” button to add new designation to the list. This will open a new screen where you can configure new designation.
Once create, assign designation to employees from Employee -> Professional -> Edit -> Designation.
